Meditation :- You can easily heal yourself by doing regular Meditation. Some Meditation can get enough power to heal disease in our Body.
We eat for body, we do physical exercise for fitness of our body. We always thing about fitness from lower portion of our Head. But we forget to do something for our Brain or upper portion of our Head. Brain is a vital part of our entire system. Brain is a vital part of our entire body. Brain is the Administrating building of our Body. Brain is the switchboard for each and every parts of our Organs. But we generally ignore it. We do not care it. We do not ask, what it to be needed.
We watch Movies, we hear Music, we read Books for our personal knowledge or personal development. All these things are for our Conscious mind. Which is a small brain. It only covered only 5% area.
On the other hand, 95% area of our Brain are covered by Sub-conscious mind. Which is remains in-active till our death. 98% people do not know the power of this Sub-Conscious mind. Our Sub-conscious Mind is a Well Qualified Doctor in our Body. It is also well equipped to heal our Body and Sub-Conscious mind have every knowledge how to heal our body, but naturally and habitually it is a most lazy servant. if you do not push, it can't start its work. So, as it is a Big Library of each and every subject, our duty is to activate it.
